Religious leaders have called on men to embrace discipline and fulfill their responsibilities effectively, emphasizing their vital role in shaping society. The call was made during a press conference held today at Skyz Hotel by Pastor Allan Tiize of Phaneroo Ministries ahead of the upcoming Men Gather event.
Addressing journalists, Pastor Allan highlighted the immense expectations placed on men in different spheres of life, including leadership, provision, and guidance. He noted that many men struggle under this pressure, which often leads to societal and family breakdowns.
“Men are viewed as leaders, and with that comes the responsibility to inspire, provide, and influence others. However, without the right guidance, many find it difficult to meet these expectations, leading to challenges such as broken homes and disempowered communities,” he said.
To address these challenges, Phaneroo Ministries has organized Men Gather Season VIII, a gathering designed to instruct, build, and equip men with the knowledge and skills needed to fulfill their roles effectively.
This year’s edition, themed “The Man-Project,” focuses on helping men understand God’s purpose in creating them in His own image. The program will provide insights on leadership, family management, and personal growth, emphasizing the importance of seeking divine guidance to navigate life’s challenges.
“Men must seek God’s wisdom in handling family matters to avoid unnecessary conflicts and home breakages. Strong families create strong communities, and that begins with responsible men,” Pastor Allan added.
The Men Gather event is expected to attract thousands of men seeking spiritual, personal, and professional empowerment. Religious leaders believe that by equipping men with the right values and discipline, society as a whole will benefit.
The conference, organized by Phaneroo Ministries, continues to be a significant platform for engaging men in discussions about their roles and responsibilities in society.
