As Uganda joined the rest of the world in celebrating eid, many families had nothing to share like a meal on this day however one family within Kyebando responded to the call and hosted over 100 children at the sumptuous feast party.
The family of Noor Galiwango in Kisalosalo zone in Kyebando took a decision to share a meal with the children in the community.
Upon an invitation at short notice, over one hundred children flocked the gates.
They were served with rice, meat chicken and soft drinks of which they enjoyed and packed some for their parents who had nothing at home to consume on such a holy day.
Namubiru Leila a daughter of Mzee Galiwango told this website that they took a decision as a family to host the children given that majority of them come from poor families and did not have anything to feed on particularly on such a special day.
