Gospel artist Vere Paul is driven by a strong musical ambition and a desire to see his name shine on prominent billboards, all while aiming to make a significant impact in the gospel music scene, thanks to divine favor.
Recently, he unveiled a new video, but this time it strays from his usual gospel repertoire, presenting a heartfelt love song dedicated to his partner.
Titled ‘Me and You Forever,’ this track is inspired by a genuine love story that Vere describes as a delightful surprise for his beloved, whom he affectionately calls Duchess.
He reveals that the song was recorded in July, just before their wedding on July 27 of this year (2024).
At that time, the Duchess had no idea that it was meant to be a tribute to their love until Vere presented the budget for the video shoot.
Following their wedding, the couple embarked on a honeymoon in the Maldives, Asia, where they filmed the video.
In it, they appear regal, embodying the essence of a Duke and Duchess.
The high production quality and artistic flair of the video have captivated both Christian and secular broadcasters, leading to widespread airplay.
Hailing from Gomba district, Vere Paul has released numerous gospel and inspirational tracks over the years, with ‘Vumilia’ being his most popular hit that opened many doors for him in the gospel industry.
Today, he proudly marks a significant milestone in both his personal life and his musical journey.
