His Eminence Dr. Sheikh Shaban Ramadhan Mubaje, the Mufti of Uganda, is in Tehran, the Capital of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
He is among the invited facilitators from the African continent for the conference themed ‘Holy Qur’an & International Diplomacy’.
The conference has attracted participants from over 30 countries, including the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Turkey, Azerbaijan, Russia, Malaysia, Algeria, Tunisia, Bosnia, and others.
He was accompanied by Counsel Haj Muhammad Ali Aluma, the Deputy Secretary General in charge of Finance and Administration.
