Global cloud communications platform Infobip celebrates International Women’s Month with the appointment of Viktorija Radman to the Board of the Mobile Ecosystem Forum (MEF).
Her election at the MEF Global Forum Conference in Barcelona last week highlights Viktorija’s leadership in driving transformation at Infobip while fostering collaboration in the telco ecosystem.
In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, mobile businesses must stay ahead of transformative innovations. Firms must integrate technologies like Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS), Rich Communication Services (RCS), and APIs to harness new possibilities in the mobile industry. Nevertheless, accomplishing this integration is complex and can take years. Before contacting prospective clients, telecom operators must establish channels, tools, APIs, billing systems, computing power, and support.
Viktorija Radman, Telecom Business Director at Infobip, said: “Telecom collaborations are crucial for enhancing user interaction, and integrating into the omnichannel ecosystem, with and Network API integrations driving growth in rich content and innovative, secure, and personalized communications.”
At MEF, Viktorija’s new role will be key in driving the adoption of CPaaS, RCS, and Network APIs to help shape a more sustainable, collaborative, and innovative future for the mobile industry. She will focus on promoting member engagement, advancing industry standards, and fostering inclusivity to help expand MEF’s global presence.
Matija Ražem, Chief Commercial Telecom Officer at Infobip said: “At Infobip, Viktorija is already leading this transformation. As Telecom Business Director, she has witnessed firsthand how adopting technologies like CPaaS, RCS, and APIs unlocks new revenue streams and improves customer experiences within the telco industry. Viktorija fosters collaborations that leverage the strengths of each partner to drive innovation, grow telecom companies, and deliver enhanced experiences. We’re very proud that Viktorija Radman was elected to the MEF board.”
Dario Betti, CEO of MEF, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Viktorija to the Board of the Mobile Ecosystem Forum. Infobip has been a key player in the global messaging landscape, and Viktorija’s deep understanding of the industry, combined with her strategic vision, will greatly benefit our members and the broader mobile ecosystem. We look forward to her contributions in helping MEF navigate the evolving landscape of mobile communications. Viktorija has already played a significant role in the MEF community by contributing to our initiatives on unlocking the business potential of Telecom APIs and RCS business messaging.”
